Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Comply Invoice mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Comply Invoice is a product owned and operated by THERFAMO Digital Technology Ltd, a company duly registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Throughout these Terms, references to “Comply Invoice”, “THERFAMO”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to THERFAMO Digital Technology Ltd.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Comply Invoice provides tools for generating invoices, electronic receipts, and related records, including:
a) QR codes generated through licensed Access Point Providers (APP)
b) Payment links generated through licensed third-party payment service providers
These features are intended to support secure invoice identification, verification, and payment facilitation.
2. Access Point Provider Integration
Comply Invoice is integrated with licensed Access Point Providers, which function as secure gateways that transmit invoice data between the user’s business and applicable e-invoicing platforms in compliance with regulatory requirements. Comply Invoice does not control these providers’ systems and is not responsible for operational availability or performance.
Access Point Providers ensure that invoices are securely and correctly formatted for transmission, but Comply Invoice does not guarantee regulatory acceptance of any invoice.
3. Payments via Third-Party Service Providers
Payment links generated through the app are processed by licensed third-party payment service providers. Comply Invoice does not:
a) Process payments
b) Hold customer funds
c) Act as a financial institution or escrow agent
Users must comply with all applicable payment regulations and the terms of the payment providers.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscription Plans
Comply Invoice offers the following subscription plans:
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Annual
All subscriptions begin on the date of successful payment (“Subscription Start Date”).
4.1. Refund Eligibility by Plan Type
a. Daily and Weekly Plans
Due to the short duration of these plans, Daily and Weekly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges.
b. Monthly Plan
Users may request cancellation and a refund within 7 days of the Subscription Start Date.
c. Quarterly Plan
Users may request cancellation and a refund within 14 days of the Subscription Start Date.
d. Half-Yearly and Annual Plans
Users may request cancellation and a refund within 30 days of the Subscription Start Date.
4.2. General Refund Conditions
Only successful and completed payments are eligible for refunds.
Failed or pending transactions are not refundable as no funds were debited.
Refund requests submitted after the applicable refund window will be automatically rejected.
Refunds apply only to first-time subscription purchases. Renewals are non-refundable.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund.
4.3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund timelines depend on the payment service provider and may take several business days.
Comply Invoice reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive usage, or policy violations.
5. No Government Affiliation
Comply Invoice is a private software platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or approved by the Nigerian Revenue Service (NRS), the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), or any other government authority.
QR codes and invoice transmission do not represent tax filing, clearance, or government certification.
6. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
a) Invoice content accuracy
b) Tax compliance and filings
c) Payment reconciliation and dispute resolution
Comply Invoice does not provide tax or legal advice.
7. Data & Security
We take reasonable measures to protect user data. However, users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
8. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, and software are the property of THERFAMO Digital Technology Ltd. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Comply Invoice shall not be liable for:
* Tax penalties or regulatory issues
* Losses resulting from incorrect data entered by users
* Business decisions made using the app’s reports
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the app is misused or used for unlawful activities.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
All intellectual property rights in the Comply Invoice application, including but not limited to software, trademarks, branding, and content, are owned exclusively by THERFAMO Digital Technology Ltd.
